The first visit typically includes a thorough oral examination and review of your medical and oral health history. Our general and cosmetic dentist in CO will discuss your smile goals and answer any questions you have about your overall oral health.

How Long Will My First Visit Last?

Your first visit can take up to an hour or more depending on whether you are receiving other services. Please call us ahead of time for more details.

What to Bring to Your First Appointment

We encourage all patients to bring a list of medications they are currently taking, dental insurance information, and a driver’s license or state I.D.

We also have Office Policy Form, HIPPA Privacy Policy Form, and Patient Forms (for both Adults and Minors available for download on our website.

What Should I Expect?

You will meet with Dr. Schmidt on your first visit. We will take some time to get to know you before taking x-rays and completing a full clinical and oral cancer exam. You will also meet with one of our hygienists to assess the condition of your periodontal health. We can then prepare a customized treatment plan.
